Press a button and someone comes running... but that is only a very small part of what these solutions can achieve - and most of all they have been proven to save lives in emergency situations throughout the UK and Ireland.
These Pronto push PFS units are available in a 6 button or one button format and where there is no requirement for the 6 button device the one button unit in all other ways is identical. Important aspects of the configuration can be essential for first aid and emergency situations and we can customise the Pronto entirely regarding operation. Each device can have 'swipe technology' feature tuned on. How this works is to repeat notifications to colleagues while the emergency exists.
The messaging from the units are fully customisable. And the Pronto supports paging messaging to individuals, a group of colleagues (such as first aid teams) or everyone. When the repeat messaging is turned on and a team is notified of the event usually all team members will start to attend. When the first team member arrives and has assessed the situation, he can 'stand down' his colleagues by 'swiping' the pager over the device - which immediately sends out a message to the team members involved so that they can stand down accordingly. But should the emergency be major and the repeat message is not stopped all team members will arrive at the scene. It's nigh on perfection - and used by very many companies across the UK!
Units in use
It's very effective having this solution for emergency and first aid use, but it's also critical to have proper records that reflect the response times and which teams were called to any event. This may be VERY important particularly if someone is injured and be sure that the HSE might well need to examine your records.
The good news is, that in upcoming updates of LRSConnect (our feee software), that you will be able to create these reports for your records from the actual collected messaging data that LRSConnect has accumulated. This is a great feature and one that will at last curtail the creation of records from manual entries in a log.
Many customers have added a back board to the pronto system and that can allow the Pronto system to be used in multiple-application mode.

As you can clearly see from the above 'back plate' for this transmitter it's use is multifold or multi-use. While its possible to program any buttons to any use by doing this the system can be leveraged for extra value to the company that is operating them. We can design the back plates for you if you need that sort of service and every customer that uses them have only praise about this solution.
